Job Opening: Facility Maintenance

ProLogistix is seeking for Facilities Maintenance Knowledge and experience working with conveyor systems, electrical 3-phase motor controls / PLC, overall material handling experience.

Our client is in the East Hialeah area! 

We have one shift available:

Friday-Sunday: 6am-6:30pm 

$20-25/hr. based on experience.

 Work Duties and responsibilities

• Knowledge and experience working with conveyor systems, electrical 3-phase motor controls / PLC, overall material handling experience.
•  Perform repair /inspection, installation of conveyor system, racking, balers, air compressors, carton sealers, etc. and all other building and support areas. Recognize potential malfunctions and proactively repair to mitigate costs.
• Maintain complete repair order records. 
• Follow company procedures, ensure a safe work environment and perform all job duties with honesty and integrity.

You must also be able to:

• Must have 5 years of experience in conveyor maintenance field. Possess a solid background in handling mechanical and electrical issues and must have the ability to provide own hand tools. 
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Able to operate maintenance related power equipment and hand tools, forklifts, pallet jacks and diagnostic equipment. 
• Ability to learn and follow Company/Distribution Center policies regarding safe operation of equipment and operational policies and procedures. 
• Ability to read and comprehend all labeling on hazardous materials and on equipment in the facility.
