Forklift Operator

Location: Holland, MI
Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
Shift: Third Shift — Sunday through Thursday, 9:30 PM–6:00 AM

ResourceMFG is seeking a reliable, safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting product loads for accuracy and safely transporting materials throughout the warehouse or facility to ensure timely and complete delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect product loads to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Safely move, load, unload, transport, and stack materials using forklifts or other lifting equipment.
• Manually or mechanically load and unload materials from pallets, skids, platforms, lifting devices, or transport vehicles.
• Operate forklifts, hoists, lift beams with swivel hooks, and elevating platforms.
• Properly position lifting devices under, over, or around materials and secure loads for safe transport to designated areas.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies at all times.

Qualifications

• Valid forklift certification required.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to workplace safety.
• Dependable attendance and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
