Job Description
The Electro-Mechanical Assembler plays a critical role in assembling mechanical and electronic components within a production environment. This position requires proficiency with hand tools and torque tools, a strong understanding of basic mechanical principles, and the ability to follow detailed work instructions with minimal supervision.
This role demands accuracy, consistency, and a commitment to safety and quality at every stage of the assembly process.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform precise mechanical and electro-mechanical assembly of components and subassemblies
- Use hand tools, power tools, and torque tools according to specifications
- Read and follow detailed work instructions, drawings, and assembly procedures
- Inspect completed work to ensure adherence to quality and production standards
- Maintain a clean and safe workstation in accordance with safety guidelines
- Meet production goals while maintaining attention to detail
- Identify and report any defects, issues, or deviations from specifications
