Maintenance Associate

Part-Time (25 hours per week)

Schedule: Flexible hours between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Pay Rate: $26.00 per hour Experience: Prior maintenance or handyman experience required

Job Summary

The Maintenance Associate is responsible for performing general maintenance and repair tasks throughout the warehouse and office areas. This role supports a safe, clean, and functional work environment by completing preventative maintenance and addressing repair needs as they arise.

Key Responsibilities

• Paint dock lanes and warehouse pillars
• Apply weatherstripping to dock doors
• Paint exterior dock lanes
• Perform basic plumbing repairs, including fixing backed-up toilets or sinks
• Paint offices and conference rooms as needed
• Assemble desks, cubicles, and other office furniture
• Complete other general “handyman” tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous experience in building maintenance, facilities, or handyman work preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
