Position Overview

We are seeking reliable, motivated Warehouse Associates to support daily distribution operations. This role requires accuracy, efficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the distribution supervisor with daily operations, including inventory and order issues.
• Follow and enforce all company policies and procedures.
• Inspect, fill, and stage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Pull, pack, and prepare orders using work orders, scan guns, or verbal instructions.
• Build pallets safely and efficiently, maximizing space.
• Package materials according to shipping requirements and ensure labels are legible.
• Load delivery vehicles following safety guidelines and route sequence.
• Inspect merchandise for shortages or damage and report issues promptly.
• Receive, stock, and re-warehouse merchandise as directed.
• Understand units of measure and warehouse locator systems.
• Locate and identify products to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Use tape, sealing equipment, stretch wrap, and shrink film.
• Handle stock carefully to prevent damage.
• Follow all safety rules, report hazards, and complete equipment safety checks.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment.
• Participate in inventory counts when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, push, and pull 50+ lbs regularly, and occasionally up to 100–160 lbs.
• Frequent bending, lifting, carrying, climbing, kneeling, reaching, twisting, and walking (including on uneven surfaces).
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment that may be hot, cold, humid, or noisy.
• Exposure to moving machinery, exhaust fumes, and paper dust.

Work Environment

• Non-air-conditioned warehouse.
• Exposure to forklifts, pallet jacks, and other moving equipment.
• Loud noise levels at times.

Required Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, units of measure).
• 1–2 years of warehouse or distribution experience preferred.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment is a plus.
