Job Opening: Supervisor

ProLogistix is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to support a high-volume 3PL distribution center in Sumner, WA. This role oversees daily warehouse operations, leads front line teams, and ensures productivity, accuracy, and safety standards are consistently met. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership skills, hands-on logistics experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule: Friday-Monday, 6:00AM-5:00PM | Pay: $35/hr

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring workflow efficiency and adherence to client expectations.
• Lead, coach, and support warehouse associates to meet productivity, quality, and safety goals.
• Monitor staffing levels and adjust labor allocation to meet operational demands.
• Oversee inbound and outbound processes, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Ensure compliance with all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and support employee development.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Maintain accurate reporting of production metrics, inventory levels, and shift performance.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse, logistics, or 3PL environment.
• Strong understanding of distribution operations, inventory flow, and warehouse processes.
• Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to walk, stand, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods.
• High school diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus.
