Job Opening: Quality Assurance (Document Management)

ProLogistix is seeking a Quality Assurance Associate for our client in Las Vegas. Our client specializes in temperature-controlled storage, warehousing, and paid distribution services for perishable foods, pharmaceutical products, and medical devices. This facility operates as a cGMP-compliant warehouse.

***In this role, you will provide administrative and documentation support to the site’s Quality Team, with a primary focus on document control, filing, record maintenance, and basic document review.***

The schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, with a pay rate of $27 per hour

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with site personnel as needed to collect, file, and organize quality documents.
• Assists with the preparation, tracking, and filing of incident reports, deviations, change controls, and risk assessments.
• Maintains, organizes, and reviews maintenance and inventory records in accordance with document control and Good Document Practices (GDP).
• Maintains incident reports, deviations, change controls, risk assessments, maintenance records, and inventory records.
• Maintains good working relationships with Company personnel.
• Assists with formatting, filing, and revising SOPs under guidance.
• Ensures all employees are compliant with cGMP regulations.
• Assist with audit preparation by organizing and retrieving requested documentation.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a quality or document control role, regulated environment preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or relevant coursework preferred
• Technical writing experience.
• Reliability and attention to detail in routine tasks.
• Basic understanding of Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and quality record management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively and to remain self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively with various teams across the organization while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, analytical abilities, and interpersonal skills
