Job Responsibilities

• Pick orders for shipment, ensuring that the correct number and type of product is loaded.
• Measure, weigh, and count products and materials.
• May be required to operate a forklift or order picker for picking orders.
• Pack orders for shipments by parcel, LTL, and TL carriers.
• Record product, packaging, and order information on specified forms and records.
• Ensure outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage.
• Ensure facility is inspection ready at all times for SQFI, FDA, and customer needs.
• Examine and inspect containers, materials, and products to ensure that packing specifications are met.

It is essential that any candidates provided have strong experience with email management, system-based order processing, and detailed order review. This role requires a high level of organization, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple orders and communications simultaneously without oversight gaps.

Email management is a critical component of this position, as timely responses, proper categorization, and follow-through directly impact order flow and customer satisfaction. In addition, candidates must be comfortable working within processing systems, ensuring order details are entered correctly, tracked consistently, and resolved efficiently.
