- Manage and process customer orders accurately
- Communicate with truck drivers regarding deliveries and scheduling
- Coordinate shipments and delivery logistics
- Perform general office and administrative duties to support warehouse operations
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Perform general administrative tasks in a warehouse environment
