Hiring: Warehouse Associate – Retail & E-Commerce (1st Shift)

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Pay: $18.00–$20.00/hour

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to support retail and e-commerce order fulfillment. This role ensures accurate receiving, picking, packing, and shipping in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship retail and e-commerce orders
• Receive, inspect, and store inventory
• Replenish stock and maintain organized storage
• Use RF scanners and warehouse systems (WMS)
• Perform quality checks and assist with inventory counts
• Follow safety and company procedures
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Perform other warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Warehouse or fulfillment experience a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
• Basic computer or scanner skills
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to read, write, and communicate fluently in English

Preferred Skills

• Retail or e-commerce fulfillment experience
• RF scanner or inventory system experience
