Available Shifts:
- Days from6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, working Tuesday to Saturday
- Afternoons from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, working Tuesday to Saturday
- Nights from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, working Tuesday to Saturday
Job Summary: This role is responsible for the end to end management of aviation parts storage, control and movement, supporting AOG (Aircraft on Ground) events, scheduled maintenance and repair operations of 6 to 8 passenger aircraft with strict segregation and traceability of serviceable and quarantined parts, manages core returns, and maintains compliance with FAA, EASA, ASA9110 and IATA standards while operating in a fast-paced, mission critical environment.
Key Job Responsibilities
- AOG (Aircraft on Ground) Operations
- Lead time-critical AOG response including after hours and weekends
- Coordinate rapid pick, pack, documentation and release aircraft parts
- Interface with Maintenance, Engineering, Dispatch and Logistics teams to minimize aircraft down time
- Ensure Priority handling, courier coordination and real time status
- Aerospace Stores & Inventory Control
- Oversee daily warehouse operations for:
- Serviceable Parts
- Unserviceable Parts / Repairable parts
- Quarantine / hold material
- Core return inventory
- Enforce Physical and System segregation of all part statuses
- Maintain full traceability (PN, SN, Batch/lot, condition, certs)
- Manage inventory accuracy, cycle counts and audits
- Ensure correct storage conditions (ESD, temperature, humidity, FOD Control)
- Regulatory & Quality Compliance
- Ensure compliance with :
- FAA regulations and EASA Part 145 and M– as applicable
- AS 9110 and AS9120
- IATA Dangerous Goods – If shipping hazmat
- Maintain inspection readiness and support internal/external audits
- Ensure SOPs, work instructions and training compliance
- Oversee shelf-life control and expiration tracking
- Team Leadership and Training
- Lead, train and develop aerospace warehouse and inventory staff
- Build shift coverage to support 24/7 AOG readiness
- Ensure personnel are trained on:
- Parts identification and traceability
- Cert review (8130-3, EASA Form 1, C of C)
- AOG escalation procedures
- Conduct performance reviews and corrective coaching
- Systems and Reporting
- Maintain accurate inventory records in WMS / EAR Systems
- Ensure proper documentation scanning and retention
- Develop KPIs and Dashboards
- AOG response times
- Inventory Accuracy
- Core return cycle time
- Dock to Stock SLA
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Safety and Security
- Enforce FOD prevention and clean-as-you-go standards
- Ensure compliance with facility security and access controls
- Promote safe forklift, material handling and hazmat practic

Qualifications and Requirements
- 2 or more years in Aerospace stores, aviation logistics or MRO warehouse operations
- DIRECT experience with managing
- AOG parts support
- Serviceable vs unserviceable inventory
- Core parts and returns
- Strong knowledge of aviation documentation and traceability
- Ability to make rapid, high impact decisions during AOG events
Preferred
- AS9110 / AS9120 environment experience
- IATA Dangerous Goods certification
- Experience support Part 145 or airline maintenance operations
- Forklift / Material Handling certification
- ERP WMS Experience (SAP, Oracle, AMOS, Trax, Footprint, etc)
- RAMCO HUB a BIG PLUS
