Schedule Full-Time, Continental Shifts
Pay Range: $3,300–$4,000 biweekly
International Travel Required for Training January 2026 2-3 months MANDATORY
Passport Requirement Valid passport required for approximately 3 months of training abroad
Position Summary
Schedule 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM and 8:30 PM to 8:30 AM rotating every other month while in China and working 6 days a week. Overtime for anything over 40 hours each week
This role supports advanced solar cell manufacturing by operating and monitoring precision production equipment used in silicon wafer processing. Operators contribute directly to the fabrication of next-generation solar technologies while maintaining strict quality, safety, and process standards.
Core Duties
Execute silicon wafer cleaning, texturing, and doping processes
Operate and monitor high-temperature diffusion furnace
Perform chemical etching and deposition processes for anti-reflective coatings
Conduct screen printing of conductive pastes and manage curing operations
Perform quality control testing including IV measurements and electroluminescence imaging
Support production of mono and polycrystalline solar cells
Assist with process optimization, tool optimization, and yield improvement initiatives
Participate in pilot runs for PERC, TOPCon, and HJT cell technologies
Comply with all safety, ethical, and operational standards
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to perform physical labor and stand for long periods
Experience in manufacturing or technical production environments preferred
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced production setting
Valid passport required for international training (Reimbursement offered for New Passport applicants)
