Pay $3,300 to $4,000 biweekly
Role Summary
This position supports solar cell manufacturing operations with a focus on quality, process control, and continuous improvement. Manufacturing Operators play a key role in production efficiency, yield optimization, and safe equipment operation.
Responsibilities
Perform wafer preparation, diffusion, etching, coating, and screen printing processes
Operate production tools according to standard operating procedures
Conduct in-line quality testing and inspections
Support OEE improvement, yield improvement, and cost reduction initiatives
Participate in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen activities
Assist with pilot production and new technology integration
Maintain compliance with all safety, health, and ethical standards
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Manufacturing or production experience preferred
Ability to work continental shifts
Ability to perform physical labor and stand for long periods
Valid passport required for international training
Compensation and Benefits
Biweekly pay range: $3,300–$4,000
