Job Opening: Reach Truck/Dock Worker

What You’ll Do

Equipment Operation – 60%

• Operate a Reach Picker forklift to move, stage, and organize product throughout the warehouse.
• Support inbound and outbound freight handling.
• Safely transport materials in accordance with facility standards and OSHA guidelines.

Order Processing – 40%

• Manually create pick tickets and prepare orders for shipment.
• Verify product accuracy and ensure proper labeling.

Work Environment

This facility includes cooler and freezer storage areas. Associates will routinely move in and out of cold conditions throughout their shift.

Tip: Dress in layers and wear appropriate cold-weather gear for comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a Reach Picker or similar forklift equipment (certification preferred).
• Ability to work in cold environments.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
