About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Forklift Driver with Reach Truck experience to join our warehouse team. This role is responsible for safely operating powered industrial trucks to move, locate, stack, and count merchandise while maintaining accuracy and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate reach truck forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load, unload, move, and stage products and materials.
• Pick, pull, and prepare orders based on daily schedules.
• Maintain accurate inventory through proper scanning and documentation.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report any issues.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
• Follow all safety rules, policies, and procedures.

• 1+ year of reach forklift experience required.
• Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to lift up to [insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs], bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
