Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Maintenance Patrol Technician to join our team. In this role, you will conduct routine patrols of assigned areas to ensure equipment, facilities, and grounds remain safe, functional, and well-maintained. This position is ideal for someone who is proactive, observant, and committed to maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

• Perform regular patrols of buildings, facilities, and grounds.
• Inspect for safety hazards, maintenance issues, damage, or irregular conditions.
• Respond to work orders, maintenance requests, and emergency calls.
• Conduct minor repairs (e.g., lighting, plumbing, fixtures, basic equipment maintenance).
• Document findings from patrols and submit reports promptly.
• Operate maintenance tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Support preventative maintenance programs as assigned.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, OSHA guidelines, and company procedures.
• Collaborate with maintenance staff, security, and other departments.
