Picker/Packer – Overnight Shift
Schedule:
- Training: 2–3 weeks on 2nd shift, 3:00pm–11:30pm
- Regular Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 11:00pm–7:30am
- Pay: $19/hr
The Pick Pack Associate is responsible for the accurate and efficient completion of order fulfillment tasks. This includes material handling, selection, verification, labeling, staging, and shipping activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Select, identify, verify, package, label, and place products into shipping containers and/or load products for shipment.
- Compare picking/packing lists to customer documents to verify task accuracy.
- Recount product before shipment to ensure all orders are correct.
- Label and address products according to customer requirements.
- Ensure all products meet quality and accuracy standards before packing and shipping.
- Handle all products in accordance with customer and company procedures.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with leadership and team members.
Requirements
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to operate RF scanners and pallet jacks (training provided if needed).
- Able to use a manual pallet jack
- Strong attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to safety, quality, and productivity goals.
