Production Technician – 2nd Shift

Location: East Mesa (near Greenfield & McKellips/Brown)
Pay: $21.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 12:00 PM – 10:30 PM (4-day workweek)
Experience Required: Must have prior manufacturing experience

Join our team as a Production Technician and play a key role in manufacturing high-quality products. You’ll operate production equipment, perform hands-on production tasks, and help maintain a safe, efficient, and organized work environment.

What You’ll Do

• Operate production equipment following established recipes and specifications
• Perform manual production tasks requiring precision and dexterity
• Handle changeovers, cleaning, and equipment setup
• Troubleshoot production issues and take corrective action
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation
• Read and interpret gauges, dials, and controller settings
• Operate forklifts and overhead cranes (training provided)
• Perform manual material handling and heavy lifting

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience (textile/composites or military technical training is a plus)
• Strong knowledge of safety procedures and standard operating practices
• Solid problem-solving and basic math skills
• Ability to stay organized, follow instructions, and multitask
• Basic computer skills (Word and Access)
• Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail
