Production Technician – 2nd Shift
Location: East Mesa (near Greenfield & McKellips/Brown)
Pay: $19.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 12:00 PM – 2:30 PM (4-day workweek)
Requirements: Must have manufacturing experience
Join our team as a Production Technician and play a key role in manufacturing high-quality products. You’ll operate production equipment, perform hands-on tasks, and help ensure smooth, efficient production processes while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
What You’ll Do
- Operate production equipment following established recipes and specifications
- Perform manual production tasks requiring precision and dexterity
- Handle equipment setup, changeovers, and cleaning
- Troubleshoot production issues and take corrective action
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation
- Read and interpret gauges, dials, and controller settings
- Operate forklifts and overhead cranes (training provided)
- Perform manual material handling and heavy lifting
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of manufacturing experience (textile/composites or military technical training is a plus)
- Knowledge of safety procedures and standard operating practices
- Strong problem-solving and math skills
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and stay organized
- Basic computer skills (Word and Access)
- Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail
