2nd Shift Customer Service Representative needed in Joliet
Monday-Friday 3pm-11:30pm $21.50
• Distribution/Warehouse Customer Service Experience – 3PL experience a plus
• Experience with generating and verifying BOLs, labels and packing lists
• Carrier Pickup processes and cut-off times
• Appointment scheduling and dock operations
• Accuracy – Maintain accurate shipment status updates and WMS/TMS
• Excellent communication and Problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced, high-pressure environment
• Strong system skills (WMS, TMS, ERP, Carrier Portals)
