Pay: $20.76

1st Shift Location: Chicago, IL

Shift: 1^st Shift – Monday- Friday or Tuesday-Saturday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Pay: $19.76

Forklift Certifications:

• Raymond Stand-Up Dock Truck

Position Summary: We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Material Handler to join our team. This position is vital to warehouse operations and involves case picking, pallet consolidation, and loading/unloading activities. This is not a 100% forklift role a variety of warehouse tasks will be required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use of Stand-up for Case picking, also using an RF scanner
• Consolidating and wrapping pallets
• Unloading/Loading trucks using standup forklift Raymond
• Following Ryder’s training process: starting with being tested onsite standup forklift
• Adhering to safety standards, including always wearing steel-toe boots
• Lifting 35–50 lbs as needed
• Performing physical tasks such as standing, bending, pushing, pulling, and lifting throughout the shift
• Maintaining flexibility to support different departments as operational needs change

Requirements:

• Strong attendance and punctuality
• Stand-Up Dock Truck certifications (Raymond preferred)
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
