Description
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately record and file all required logs and documentation.
- Ensure recipes and processing guidelines are followed.
- Ensure employees follow food safety and workplace safety practices.
- Educate staff on food safety and SQF standards.
- Comply with HACCP, GMP, and SOP requirements.
- Conduct plant food safety audits and identify improvement areas.
- Perform daily product evaluations.
- Ensure all products meet GFCO (Gluten Free Certification Organization) standards.
Minimum Qualifications
- Knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, and SOPs.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Team-oriented with prompt responsiveness.
- Able to work full shifts, some Saturdays, and overtime as needed.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED; related degree a plus.
- 1–2 years of experience in food processing or manufacturing.
