Production Assembler I – 1st & 2nd Shift

Location: Henrico, VA

1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm — $19/h

2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:30pm–12:00am — $22/hr

ResourceMFG is seeking motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join a leading manufacturing client in Henrico. This role supports the assembly of electrical components and bus bar systems used in high-performance industrial equipment. Candidates with strong mechanical aptitude and a passion for hands-on work will thrive here.Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble products according to engineering documents and quality standardsUse a computer to review schedules and update job statusPerform operator-based Go/No-Go testing following established proceduresMonitor part quality throughout the assembly processAssist in training new team members and resolving production inquiriesPerform material handling duties as neededRecommend process improvements to enhance productivity and qualityCommunicate effectively with engineering to relay accurate informationComplete all required paperwork, documentation, and recordsParticipate in team meetings and group discussionsFollow all safety rules, regulations, and maintain housekeeping standards
