Job Opening: Embroidery Technician
Description

• Have a keen eye for detail and produce quality customized work.
• Interpret customer artwork or logo files
• Convert designs into embroidery-ready formats (digitizing)
• Select appropriate thread colors and stitch types
• Adjust sizing and placement based on garment type
• Set up embroidery machines (hooping, thread loading, needle setup)
• Program machine settings (speed, stitch count, tension)
• Monitor stitching process to ensure quality
• Troubleshoot thread breaks, misalignment, or machine errors
• Perform routine cleaning and oiling of machines
• Replace needles and worn parts
• Review personalization requests for accuracy
• Input custom details into order management systems
• Coordinate production timelines
• Heat transfer vinyl (HTV)
• Screen printing
• Direct-to-garment (DTG) printing
• Laser engraving (for certain materials)
• Any other job duties assigned by management.
1-3 years embroidery experience
