Position Summary:We are seeking an experienced and safety-focused Forklift Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate must be bilingual (English/Spanish) and have more than 5 years of proven forklift operating experience in a warehouse or distribution environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.Key Responsibilities:Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.Load and unload trucks, pallets, and materials.Move, stack, and organize inventory.Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any issues.Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed.Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members in both English and Spanish.Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of forklift operating experience (Sit-Down, Stand-Up, or both).Bilingual (English/Spanish) — required.Valid forklift certification (or ability to be certified).Strong understanding of warehouse operations and safety standards.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.Reliable, punctual, and able to work well under pressure.Schedule & Compensation:Full-time positionCompetitive pay (based on experience)Opportunity for long-term growth
