Job Opening: Picker/Packer

Position: Warehouse Associate

Department(s): Co-Pack / Loose Pick/ Shipping

Schedule: Full-time/ Temporary Assignment

Location: Gahanna, OH

Pay: $18.25/hour

Key Responsibilities

Co-Pack 5:00am-1:30pm M-F

• Lift, move, and push 30–50+ lb boxes throughout the shift.
• Match carton labels and combo labels accurately for outgoing orders.
• Verify ISBNs, paperwork, and order quantities.
• Work efficiently in a very fast-paced environment.
• Communicate label or number discrepancies with line members.
• Use RF units for scanning and verification tasks.

Loose Pick 6:00am-2:30pm M-F

• Operate an RF unit (required).
• Work on a platform located at an elevated height.
• Perform loose picking tasks with speed and accuracy.
• Walk continuously throughout the entire shift—a lot of walking required!

Shipping 7am-3:30pm M-F

• Manually load trucks by hand from conveyer
• Lift up to 50lbs consistently
• Unload and palletize boxes

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs regularly.
• Comfortable working at heights.
• RF Unit experience required (Loose Pick Department).
• Excellent matching and attention to detail.
• General warehouse experience preferred.
• Must be comfortable working in a very fast-paced environment.
• Ability to walk and stand for the entire shift.
