Lab/QC Technician
1st shift – 4:30 AM – 8:30 AM
Meat Processing plant that produces Meatballs, Hot Dogs, Hamburger Patties, and Ground Beef. Fast paced, Cold Environment 28 – 38 degrees.
Schedules: Monday – Friday (Saturday & Sunday OT is required as production mandates) Daily OT is regularly required to meet production needs.
- Ability to take samples of meat from products on the production floor.
- Test meat samples in lab
- Ability to stand for duration of shift
- Ability to work in a cold environment of 28 -30 degrees while on production floor
- Willingness to work in other areas of warehouse as needed
- Steel toe/Composite Toe slip resistant shoes are required

**Premium Pay after 8 hours/day and on Sunday! Conducting inspections of food processing plant, and ensuring compliance with USDA and Company requirements.
