Bilingual (Spanish) Warehouse / Line Worker
Location: Maple Grove, MN
Pay: $18.50/hour
Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
We are seeking a dependable Bilingual (Spanish) Warehouse / Line Worker to support warehouse and production line operations. This role requires accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to safety and GMP standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced, diverse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform warehouse tasks including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting. Ensure accurate picking, auditing, tote induction, staging, and truck loading/unloading. Complete required warehouse paperwork, follow GMP guidelines, and help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Skills & Abilities:
Strong communication skills in English and Spanish; ability to work independently or in a team; dependable, detail-oriented, and punctual; able to perform tasks with minimal supervision; strong initiative and accuracy under pressure. Must be able to lift 50–100 lbs, stand for long periods, and follow health and safety procedures. Flexibility to work additional shifts as needed.
Requirements:
Basic understanding of GMP standards; ability to provide government-issued ID with address; fluency in English and Spanish; forklift experience preferred but not required.
