Pay and Schedule
- Pay: $21-$22/hr
- Location: Aurora, CO
- Schedule: Monday–Friday flexible start time 6am or 7am. 8 hour shift.
Job Summary
We’re seeking a Customer Service Associate to handle inbound/outbound calls, respond to customer inquiries, update shipment information, and support local dispatching. Ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment. Dispatch experience preferred (not required).
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and provide high-quality customer service.
- Respond to customer emails within required timelines.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on shipments and resolve issues.
- Track, trace, enter, and update shipment details.
- Support network stations and cartage agents.
- Learn and master external customer applications.
- Follow all account procedures and work instructions.
- Assist lead with daily operational tasks.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Data entry experience.
- Experience handling inbound/outbound customer calls.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / MS365.
- Dispatch experience preferred — especially knowledge of the Denver metro area.
- Strong multitasking, communication, and customer-service skills.
