We are seeking an experienced Onsite Operations Lead to support our client’s facility by overseeing daily workforce operations, ensuring accurate time tracking, and enforcing company policies, including our Zero Tolerance Policy.
This role is essential in maintaining a safe, compliant, and high-performing work environment.
1st and 2nd shift available
Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily workforce operations at the client site.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, and schedule adherence.
• Ensure accurate timekeeping and audit timecards daily.
• Train employees on proper time tracking procedures.
• Document attendance issues, performance concerns, and incidents.
• Conduct coaching, verbal warnings, and written corrective actions.
• Enforce the Zero Tolerance Policy consistently.
• Respond to policy violations and coordinate with HR and leadership.
• Communicate with client leadership on staffing and performance needs.
• Provide updates on attendance trends and workforce stability.
• Assist with onboarding and policy training.
Qualifications:
• Experience in operations, workforce management, staffing, or onsite leadership.
• Strong understanding of timekeeping systems and attendance policies.
• Knowledge of progressive discipline and documentation standards.
• High integrity, confidentiality, and sound judgment.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred: Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or high-volume operations; HR knowledge; bilingual skills.
