Warehouse Supervisor – (Fort Lauderdale, FL) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (flexible for overtime)

20,000 sq. ft. warehouse, clean, organized, A/C, steady and safe pace Industry: Pick/Pack/Replenish Pay Range: $25-30p/h depending of experience About the Role A growing and well-organized distribution company in Fort Lauderdale, is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations in a clean, climate-controlled environment. This role requires a hands-on leader who can balance floor support with administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of 15–20 warehouse employees. • Oversee daily pick, pack, and replenishment operations.

• Assist on the warehouse floor as needed while also managing tasks from a desk.

• Ensure accurate scanning, inventory movement, and workflow efficiency.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. • Uphold company standards and support a culture of teamwork and accountability.
