Job Opening: Material Handler/Forklift Driver

Must be able to drive a Cherry picker, stand up, and sit down. 1st shift 8a-4:30p & 2nd shift position 4pm- 12:30 am Monday-Friday. JOB SUMMARY Under the responsibility of the Logistics Supervisor, the Material Handler performs warehouse functions, which may include loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and, cycle counting. RESPONSIBILITIES · Perform warehouse function, which may include loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and, cycle counting 35% · Performing duties within performance measurement guidelines of the contract 25% · Responsible for the accurate picking and packing, auditing, tote induction, staging of products and loading and unloading of trucks 20% · Responsible of dealing with day to day paperwork in a warehouse environment (i.e. picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.) 10% · Provide technical and maintenance support for different aspects related to the automated packing system during the core shift hour of production 10% ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES · Candidate must have basic level knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice requirements, if applicable to site · Performing duties within performance measurement guidelines of the contract · Performs other duties as assigned.
