Job Opening: Line Lead

Prologistix is hiring a Line Lead in McDonough, GA.

Shift is Monday – Friday 6 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Pay is $16/hr.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Setting up production lines
• Assigning associates to lines to be worked
• Distributing workload
• Keeping accurate records of work completed by each line daily
• Recognizing issues with lines to include product bottle-necking, lines jammed, stuck product, etc. 
• Coaching associates on performance
• Communicating with On-Site Manager of any issues
• Communicating attendance issues
• Maintain sign in sheets
• Housekeeping
