Job Title: Manufacturing Operator – Solar Cell Process Operations
Location: Jeffersonville, Indiana
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $3,300 to $4,000 biweekly
Role Summary
This position supports solar cell manufacturing operations with a focus on quality, process control, and continuous improvement. Manufacturing Operators play a key role in production efficiency, yield optimization, and safe equipment operation.
Responsibilities
- Perform wafer preparation, diffusion, etching, coating, and screen printing processes
- Operate production tools according to standard operating procedures
- Conduct in-line quality testing and inspections
- Support OEE improvement, yield improvement, and cost reduction initiatives
- Participate in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen activities
- Assist with pilot production and new technology integration
- Maintain compliance with all safety, health, and ethical standards
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Ability to work continental shifts
- Ability to perform physical labor and stand for long periods
- Valid passport required for international training
