Job Opening: Warehouse Techinican / Customer Service

ProLogistix is hiring a Warehouse Technician (Hybrid) for a well-established company in South Seattle. While the requisition title is Warehouse Technician – Residential Field Sales, this opening is designed as a hybrid role: primarily warehouse and inventory control with cross-training at the sales/customer service desk.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their workday, is comfortable interacting with customers and delivery drivers, and wants to grow their skill set in both warehouse operations and customer-facing responsibilities.

Monday-Friday | 7:00am-4:00pm (1 hour lunch) PAY: $25-$28/hr DOE

What You’ll Do

Warehouse & Inventory Responsibilities (Primary)

• Perform daily warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, organizing, and inventory control
• Interact with delivery drivers and ensure accurate documentation of incoming/outgoing materials
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
• Use basic computer systems for inventory tracking and order processing
• Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed

Sales Desk & Customer Support (Cross-Trained)

• Support the sales/customer service desk during peak times, vacations, or high-volume periods
• Assist customers with product inquiries, order pick-ups, and basic sales transactions
• Provide friendly, professional communication in person, by phone, and via email
• Learn product information and company processes to support customer needs

What We’re Looking For

• Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred
• Customer service background helpful but not required
• Basic computer skills (email, data entry, inventory systems)
• Comfortable interacting with customers, coworkers, and delivery drivers
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Willingness to learn both warehouse and sales desk responsibilities
• No forklift certification required — we provide all equipment training
