Job Opening: Manufacturing Taper Production

PROLOGISTIX IS HIRING FOR A TAPER IN A MANUFACTURING FACILITY ENVIRONMENT. 

The Taper is required to use tape to ensure veneers are secured together and will not split apart during production,
this requires 1 year of factory related recent experience in manufacturing machine operation setting.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work Monday through Friday, 7AM to 330PM
40 hours per week. Overtime hours will be offered based on company’s need.

Rate of Pay 17/HR

Essential Functions

Inspects the veneer sheets for specification conformance.

Must be able to meet and maintain acceptable production levels.

Detects and reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor.

Completes the necessary production forms.

Understands lockout-tagout safety procedure.

Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., 40 hours per week. Overtime hours will be offered based on company’s need.
