Job Opening: Inventory Project Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented temporary employee to assist with cataloging and organizing maintenance spare parts inventory. The ideal candidate will be methodical and accurate, with the ability to read and interpret part labels, tags, and identification markings across a range of mechanical and electrical components including motors, bearings, belts, and related equipment.

DAY SHIFT 7am to 330 pm 
PAY ranges based off skill set 20 to 25 range
RESUME WITH PRIOR EXP AND INTERVIEW WITH OUR CLIENT WILL BE REQUIRED. 

Key Responsibilities

• Locate, identify, and catalog existing maintenance spare parts throughout the facility
• Read and accurately record information from part labels, nameplates, and packaging (e.g., part number, manufacturer, specifications)
• Enter inventory data into provided spreadsheet or database system
• Organize parts by category, equipment type, or location as directed
• Flag any damaged, unlabeled, or unidentifiable parts for follow-up
• Maintain a clean and orderly workspace throughout the project

Qualifications
Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer skills (data entry, spreadsheets)
• Ability to read and interpret labels, part numbers, and basic technical markings
• Comfortable working in a maintenance/warehouse environment
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs as needed

Preferred:

• Familiarity with mechanical or industrial components (motors, bearings, belts, filters, etc.)
• Prior experience in a maintenance, manufacturing, or warehouse setting
• Experience with inventory or parts management systems

Working Conditions

This position is performed on-site in a maintenance/industrial environment. Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided. The role is primarily hands-on and may involve working in storage rooms, equipment areas, and parts rooms.

Not:

Technical background in maintenance or mechanical trades is a plus, but not required. We are primarily looking for someone who is thorough, reliable, and comfortable in an industrial setting. Please screen candidates for strong organizational skills and basic mechanical familiarity.
