Job Opening: Warehouse Customer Service Rep
Description
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to support operations in our warehouse. This role is the main communication link between customers, warehouse staff, and logistics partners, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely service in a temperature-controlled environment.
Shift:
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
OT and Weekends as needed
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries regarding orders, inventory, delivery schedules, and product availability
• Coordinate with warehouse teams to track shipments, resolve discrepancies, and ensure proper handling of food-grade products
• Maintain accurate documentation, order entries, and system updates in accordance with food safety standards
• Communicate proactively with customers about delays, changes, or issues
• Support scheduling, routing, and carrier communication for inbound and outbound loads
• Ensure all customer interactions align with regulatory and warehouse compliance requirements
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in food storage, distribution, or logistics
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of warehouse or cold-storage processes
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
• Proficiency with warehouse management or order-entry systems
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
