Warehouse Associate – Cold Enviroment
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
Schedule: Start at 8:00 AM until finish (7:00 AM start when needed)
Days Off: Every Sunday + one rotating weekday
Location: Accessible to major highways | On-site parking
Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support the daily operational functions of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will help ensure accurate and timely processing of quality orders, loading of product, and overall warehouse efficiency. This position requires the flexibility to work until all product is safely loaded and may include weekends and holidays to meet business needs.
The role involves working in environments with varying temperatures—including Dry, Cooler, and Freezer areas (as low as -8°F).
Responsibilities
• Perform daily warehouse tasks to support an efficient and productive operation.
These tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Using WMS unit technology to pick product within Dry, Cooler, and Freezer environments
- Stacking products on pallets following proper selection procedures
- Code-dating all product accurately
- Loading product from designated locations onto delivery trucks
- Labeling totes with correct routing information
- Shrink-wrapping pallets
- Baling cardboard and disposing of warehouse waste
- Sorting totes and trays
- Following all food and warehouse safety regulations
- Immediately reporting any unsafe conditions to management

Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Voice picking experience preferred
- 2+ years of warehouse or distribution experience
- 6+ months of RF scanning experience
- 6+ months of experience entering and retrieving data from an inventory management system
