Now Hiring: Lumpers – 3rd Shift
Schedule: 3rd Shift – 9:00 PM to Completion, rotating days
Pay Rate: $15.50 per hour
Type: Temp-to-Hire Opportunity
Location: Accessible to major highways | On-site parking
Job Responsibilities
- Stack pallets; pull and pack products based on daily orders
- Physically lift and move product throughout the shift
- Meet customer order requirements accurately and on time
- Keep products separated, organized, and properly rotated
- Monitor product quality and report issues to maintain safety
- Perform receiving, scanning, picking, packing, auditing, and shipping tasks
- Track all inbound/outbound items using RF scanning for inventory accuracy
- Verify orders and ensure accurate entry into inventory systems
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
- Follow warehouse quality and safety standards

Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- Voice picking experience preferred
- 2+ years warehouse or distribution experience
- 6+ months RF scanning experience
- 6+ months experience entering/retrieving data in an inventory system
