Job Opening: Bilingual Warehouse Lead

We are seeking a Bilingual Warehouse Lead to support daily operations in our fast-paced storage warehouse. This role assists in overseeing fulfillment activities, ensuring service levels are met, productivity stays high, and safety standards are consistently maintained.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in supervising Fulfillment department activities to meet service goals while optimizing staffing and operating costs

• Support pick line operations and related computer systems to maintain efficient order picking and shipping

• Assist with pick line replenishment and bulk order processing

• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment in accordance with OSHA regulations

• Oversee loading and carrier sign-off for LTL/TL shipments when the Shipping Supervisor is unavailable, securing all required documentation for invoicing

Requirements:

• Bilingual required- English and Spanish

• Ability to coordinate and support a team of 10–25 employees

• Strong computer skills, including MS Excel, Word, email, and internet applications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Demonstrates energy, integrity, and strong decision-making skills

• Availability for first shift Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays as needed
