About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Superintendent / Installation Manager to oversee on-site installations of high-density storage and modular shelving systems. This role leads field crews, coordinates project timelines, and ensures installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to top-tier quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete all required training and certification for installation of company-supported storage systems
• Supervise and coordinate daily job site operations and installation teams
• Manage scheduling, delivery, setup, and overall project timelines
• Enforce safety compliance and uphold company protocols
• Communicate with general contractors, project managers, and clients throughout each project
• Provide installation and delivery estimates to the sales team and customers
• Maintain accurate documentation, daily reports, and project records
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues as they arise
• Travel to job sites as needed
• Submit reports for any factory-related cost reimbursements

Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial installation, construction supervision, or a related field
• Experience with modular shelving or storage systems (preferred)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Hands-on approach and ability to perform physical work
• Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and job site safety procedures
• Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend)
