Job Opening: Welder

 The leading manufacturer of innovative data center containment solutions, is seeking talented Welders to join their Salt Lake City team. This is an established, but still rapidly growing company, which offer wonderful career opportunities.

Pay $24.00 per hour

Shift 4:00pm-2:30am Monday-Thursday

·      Fit and weld structural tube assemblies and components per fabrication drawings and WPS requirements.

·      Perform layout, cutting, grinding, and fitting operations to prepare materials.

·      Verify dimensions and alignment using measuring tools, squares, and levels.

·      Perform MIG (GMAW) and/or Flux Core (FCAW) welding carbon steel materials.

·      Maintain high-quality standards in weld appearance, size, and penetration.

·      Work independently or as part of a fabrication team to meet production schedules.

·      Inspect welds for conformance and report nonconformities to supervision.

·      Operate welding machines, grinders, saws, and other fabrication tools in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and shop protocols.
