Warehouse Associate – First Shift

Schedule: Sunday–Thursday
Hours:

• Sunday: 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM
• Monday–Thursday: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
  Pay: $18.00 per hour

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily operations in receiving, stores, and shipping. This role plays a key part in meeting business demand, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining a safe, efficient workplace.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform kit picking, component identification, counting, and receiving functions.
• Execute outbound packing and shipping duties with accuracy.
• Resolve routine questions or issues and escalate complex matters as needed.
• Maintain departmental files and perform required cycle counts.
• Support multiple logistics areas including receiving, stores, and shipping.
• Meet all safety requirements and help maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Demonstrate commitment to quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
• Gain familiarity with facility processes and follow all standard operating procedures.
• Attend and successfully complete all training courses and required certifications.
• Read, understand, and apply written instructions such as work instructions, job aids, and forms.
• Pack hardware and generate customer-required labels and paperwork.
• Process detail spares — sort, match, and pack components.
• Provide support to Vendor / Military / Stores functions as needed.

Physical & Work Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Overtime and weekend work as required to meet production needs.
