General Labor – Factory Department

Location: Chino, CA

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM, Monday–Friday

Overtime: Required

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable General Labor Associate to join our Factory Department. This role involves consistent physical activity, including lifting, moving, and handling materials throughout the workday.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general labor tasks within the Factory Department
• Lift and move materials weighing up to 40–50 lbs throughout the day
• Complete repetitive tasks involving backup batteries
• Unload, stage, palletize, and wrap products
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company and safety guidelines
