Job Opening: Picking and Packing Associate

Position Overview

We are hiring 10 Material Handlers to join a fast-paced pick and pack parcel operation. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and processing parcel shipments while maintaining productivity and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and pack products for parcel shipment according to order specifications
• Operate RF scanners to track inventory and verify order accuracy
• Use computer systems to process and manage parcel shipments
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets
• Communicate with team leads regarding order discrepancies or inventory issues

Qualifications

• Previous experience using RF scanners in a warehouse environment (required)
• Basic computer skills with the ability to navigate shipping and inventory software
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout a full shift
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, deadline-driven environment
