Bilingual Administrative Assistant (HyBrid)
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Hours: Flexible—7:00 AM–4:00 PM, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Onsite Responsibilities (Monday–Wednesday at Client Location):
· Lead and support onsite orientations
· Manage daily administrative and operational tasks
· Provide direct support to Staff Performance Managers
Shorewood Branch Responsibilities (Thursday–Friday):
· Source and recruit candidates for open positions
· Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications
· Complete full onboarding processes, including drug screening, E-Verify, and background checks
Perform a variety of general administrative tasks, including:
• Making confirmation calls for all new hires
• Creating employee identification badges
• Entering and updating information in a customized system
Qualifications:
· Strong attention to detail
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to interact professionally with leadership at all levels
· Bilingual proficiency required
· Mileage will be reimbursed for any travel between the branch and the client site.
