Resource MFG is looking for multiple Forklift Driver (Sit-Down) – Multiple Shifts Available

Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced Sit-Down Forklift Drivers This role involves material handling, loading and unloading, case picking, and accurate scanning of inventory using RF scanners. Candidates must be safety-focused and detail-oriented

Available Shifts:

2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday | 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM $19.88/hr
3rd Shift: Friday – Sunday | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM $21.13/hr
4th Shift: Friday – Sunday | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM $21.13/hr

Key Responsibilities:

Operate a sit-down forklift safely and efficiently
Load and/or unload inbound and outbound shipments
Perform case picking using an RF scanner
Scan labels and verify item numbers and scan codes
Check in outbound items by matching item numbers to receipts using an RF scanner
Ensure accuracy and quality of all scanned and picked items
Wear all required PPE at all times
Follow all warehouse safety and operational procedures

Requirements:

Prior sit-down forklift experience required
Experience using RF scanners preferred
Ability to accurately match item numbers and scan codes
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
