Location: Grand Rapids, MI

Shift: Monday – Friday 3p -11p Overtime as needed

Pay Rate: $18.25 an hour

we are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious PIT operator to join our dynamic team. This role is essential to maintaining efficient operations by ensuring timely movement, storage, and delivery of materials within our manufacturing facility. You will operate forklifts and other material handling equipment, manage inventory, and support production and shipping activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts and other equipment to move, stack, and relocate materials.
• Pick up and deliver parts and supplies between production lines, warehouse, and shipping/receiving areas.
• Load and unload trailers and verify incoming shipments using RF scanners and SAP systems.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure materials are stored in designated areas.
• Prepare shipments and shipping documents using UPS/FedEx systems.
• Promote a clean and safe work environment in accordance with 5S standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
