Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Verifier to join our fast-paced distribution center team. In this role, you will ensure the accuracy and integrity of inventory by performing thorough verification processes and communicating effectively with team members, supervisors, and vendors. Your knowledge of warehouse operations, heavy equipment handling, and inventory management will support efficient workflow, accurate order fulfillment, and a safe working environment.

Responsibilities

Inventory Verification

Verify incoming and outgoing shipments using RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
Confirm accuracy of materials against purchase orders, packing lists, and system records.
Perform cycle counts, stock checks, and inventory audits to maintain accurate inventory levels.
Identify and report discrepancies, ensuring proper resolution and documentation.

Warehouse Operations

Safely and efficiently operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cranes, pallet jacks, and order pickers.
Assist with picking, packing, shipping, and receiving to support timely order fulfillment.
Stock shelves, organize inventory, and maintain orderly warehouse areas to support workflow.
Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform basic maintenance using mechanical knowledge.

Requirements • 1–3 years of warehouse, inventory control, or logistics experience in a fast paced distribution or manufacturing environment. • Hands on experience using RF scanners, barcode systems, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) such as AS400
